This week we focus on a band outside of Appalachia, St. Louis Vibes is where we’re headed today with the Missouri , rock n roll, pre WW2 inspired three piece: The Hooten Hallers. The Hooten Hallers toured 200 dates out of the year pre pandemic, and now they are “Back in Business” which is the title of their upcoming record release, dropping September 9th 2022. We discuss songwriting through addiction and the St. Louis music that brought their sound from a punk rock duo to their bass sax inspired three piece.
